  1. Limited revision policy: Each order includes one free round of revision. Additional revisions will require an extra fee. Please provide all feedback in a single message per revision round to keep the process efficient. Please also remember that through the free review we mainly want to correct order taking errors or other types of minor errors and corrections.
  2. Structured feedback requirement: To streamline revisions, all requested changes must be sent in one message per round. Keep in mind that any additional edits beyond the included revisions will be charged separately.
  3. Final approval & additional revisions: After delivery, you have 7 business days to request your included revisions. Any additional changes or late requests will require an extra fee.
  4. Scope-based changes: Revisions cover minor edits only, such as text updates or small layout tweaks. Major design or functionality changes will be considered a new project and will require an additional fee.
  5. Reply time policy: Response times may take up to 24-48 hours, depending on the type of request. Please allow time for a proper response to your messages.
  6. Technology limitations: Some advanced features may not be possible due to platform limitations.
  7. Stock image policy: Any paid stock images must be provided by you. We do not cover the cost of premium stock photos. You are directly and fully responsible for the text, images and information you submit. We do not take ownership of the Materials that you provide.
  8. Content verification: We reserve the right to verify and refuse certain texts or images that may be considered to have illegal or offensive content.
  9. Legitimate reasons to refuse service to anyone: due to the fact that all content is hosted under our main domain, we reserve the right to refuse the service to anyone without explications, in order to not be penalized by search engines or we can refuse service to protect staff or customers.
  10. Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that the OnlineLinkPonint.com is not a marketplace, and any contract of sale made through the website subdomains is directly and only between you and your customer. The subdomain contractor is fully responsible for his website, store, materials, and the goods and services sell through the website. 
  11. Confidentiality: Each party agrees to use the other party’s confidential information solely as necessary for performing its obligations under these Terms of Service.
  12. Trademarks: You represent, warrant, and agree that you have all necessary rights to use materials,trademarks.
  13. We are not responsible for damages or lawsuits that arise if you break the law, breach this agreement or go against the rights of a third party.
  14. We may terminate your plan at any time if you break the law or this agreement.
